In the case you chose the “in advance payment method”, you get 3% rebate on the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs if applicable).

For the orders delivered outside of UK, only the “in advance payment” (bank transfer) is possible after contacting us.
When will my order be shipped?
We are doing our best to treat your order and to send it, as soon as possible. The maximum deadline for order processing is about 48 hours after the placement of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, free days, and possible holidays indicated on our website). In the case you have chosen the “in advance payment method”, the order is send within 24 hours after the receiving of the payment.

If you realize that you made a mistake in your order, and that your order had been already prepared and shipped, you have 7 days to inform us and to return us the non-desired products. It is essential that the returned products have to be in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions), non-used, and still sealed. The return costs are at your expense. After receipt of the products, RayDazzle (UK) Ltd will refund the customer (excluding shipping costs).
